In the end, I did get the exchange done and everything worked out. The shoes didn’t fit, so I had to send them back and swap them for another size. The process itself was straightforward, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Support was helpful enough, just a bit slow to respond.

The shoes do fit well and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day, so I’ll give them that. I just felt a bit misled by the description because I was expecting something a little different based on how they were presented.

I ordered my usual size, but they were really tight on me, probably at least half a size too small. The shoes looked fine overall, but the sizing just didn’t work. The return process was okay, just kind of annoying to deal with. I wouldn’t really rely on the size chart too much...

I’ve browsed awesomeshoes.com a few times, and they do have some nice shoe designs. There’s a decent mix, and a few of the colors literally look so good in the photos. That said, some pairs are a little too trendy or kind of unusual for my personal taste. Sometimes the pictures make them look better than I expected, too. Overall, the styles are fine, just not always something I’d actually choose for myself

I’ve worn these a few times now, and to be fair, they seem really well made. The shoes feel sturdy, the stitching is clean, and they still look basically new. The fit was right for me too, so I don’t really have any complaints. Happy with the quality overall...

I tried ordering shoes from awesomeshoes.com and at first I was seriously getting annoyed. The pages were loading slow, and every time I went back, the filters seemed to reset, which made browsing way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Checkout was also weirdly clunky, and I had to type in my info twice for some reason. I was ready to give up completely, honestly. But then the shoes themselves looked good, so I calmed down a bit. Still, the website made the whole process more of a hassle than it needed to be. Not awful, just definitely not great.

I’ve ordered twice now, and both times my shoes showed up exactly when they said they would. The tracking was clear enough, and the box wasn’t all banged up or anything. i’m preeetty happy with the delivery — no drama at all.
